Maura Boyle is the president of a well-known club called “Female Empowerment.” Female Empowerment Club meets twice a month on Fridays during Lunch. The supervisor is Ms. Orcutt in Room 347. Maura explained that the reason she wanted to be the leader of this club is because she feels strongly about educating women on what we deal with on a day-to-day basis. But aside from that, anyone can join because everyone can have the chance to learn and be involved. Maura is also putting together a period packing party and an event where all members can participate. She is also hosting a 5k on Oct. 14th! Hope to see you there!
